Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our facilities. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable, as the Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Duties
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify cleaning and maintenance needs.
* Perform commercial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
* Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
* Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or daily operations.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain an organised inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Skills
* Proven experience in commercial cleaning or a related field is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail with an ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 37 per week
