We’re seeking a qualified Plumber with multi-trade experience to deliver exceptional service to our customers and support the maintenance of our 16,000 homes across the South East. This full-time, permanent role is part of our reactive maintenance team, contributing to Paradigm’s reputation for excellence in the communities we serve. About the Role As part of Paradigm’s Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), you’ll independently handle a variety of plumbing tasks, including repairs, diagnostics, and reactive maintenance, prioritizing a first-time fix approach. Equipped with a fully stocked van, tools, and a tablet, you’ll deliver high-quality service while adhering to safety protocols and customer care standards. Key Responsibilities Plumbing & Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently, aiming for first-time fixes within target response times. Documentation: Keep accurate records and complete required documentation promptly. Customer Care: Provide professional, courteous service, positively representing Paradigm. Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct risk assessments and follow safety procedures. Resource Management: Use materials responsibly and maintain van stock. About You You’ll bring strong plumbing skills, particularly in domestic repairs and diagnostics, and a proactive approach to customer service. Organised and committed to high standards, you’ll thrive as part of a team prioritising quality and customer satisfaction. Essential Requirements: Relevant City & Guilds (Part 1 & 2), NVQ2, or equivalent experience Apprentice trained or a minimum of 5 years’ plumbing experience Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and maintenance regulations Full clean UK driving licence Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Desirable: Experience with Social Housing organisations or Local Authorities Location: Paradigm Housing Group operates across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Berkshire, and nearby areas.
