Key Responsibilities of the Hospitality and Events Coordinator role: Oversee meetings and events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across client-facing areas. Manage event logistics, including room setup, furniture arrangements, and catering. Act as a point of contact for clients, handling last-minute changes and technical setups. Collaborate with Estates and cleaning teams to ensure smooth daily operations. To be considered for the Hospitality and Events Coordinator role: Proven customer service experience, ideally in a corporate or hospitality environment. Strong event coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively. A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving. Willingness to undertake manual handling, fire marshal, and first aid training. Flexibility for occasional late events (uniform provided).
