The Role
Carluke Health Centre have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced secretary. You will provide an effective, efficient and comprehensive service to the Senior Manager incorporating a range of secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
What we'll need you to bring
* Self-motivated person with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience in a secretarial position or Equivalent relevant qualifications (HNC/SVQ in secretarial studies)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft packages and accurate keyboard skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to liaise with staff at all levels
* Ability to work under pressure

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Management Team within Carluke Community Health Centre
The working pattern for this role: Monday to Friday
