Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Booking Officer to support their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments via telephone and written correspondence, ensuring an efficient and friendly booking process.

Pay rate: £12.21p/h
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Location: Brighton
Temporary role: 8 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate appointments via phone and letter
Provide excellent customer service when communicating with patients and colleagues
Maintain accurate records and update patient information within the booking system
Assist with general administrative duties to support the department
Work effectively as part of a team to meet service demands
Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements:
Previous office-based experience in an administrative or customer service role
Proficiency in basic office systems, including email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
A standard DBS check will be required as part of the hiring process
