Call Centre Training and Development Co-Ordinator Location: Hybrid home/ Office based between Springfield Hospital (Chelmsford) and Woodthorpe Hospital (Nottingham) Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time Salary: Depending on experience Benefits The role: We currently have a great opportunity for a Call Centre Training and Development Co-Ordinator to join our National Enquiry Centre department. You will be confident in building presentation packs in PowerPoint and Word and delivering them to a team. Good knowledge of customer service and sales is essential and great organisational skills would be desirable, to track training and recruitment for the National Enquiry Centre through a database. This role will play a part in the targets the NEC is aiming to achieve this year. Duties and Responsibilities include: Provide a combination of face to face and remote training through presentations and practical training. Providing a clear and standardised approach to training, focussing on customer service, sales, and consistent internal processes. Developing and Improving training material by reviewing and acting upon trends identified by the Quality Assurance Analyst. Analysing trends identified through the quality assurance process, identifying performance and development opportunities, and communicating those to the operational team. Support the leading of Employee Engagement groups Supporting the operational team with new starters from recruitment and interview stage, through to the completion of their probationary period. Assist the operational team with the development of their team through essential and refresher training and identifying further relevant training through Ramsay Academy. Maintain and develop a database to record training compliance within the National Enquiry Centre. Maintaining knowledge of the latest trends and technologies for effective training and implementing these where possible. Development and implementation of a robust induction process for new joiners and communicated to relevant internal stakeholders. Skills & Attributes: Excellent knowledge of customer service and sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to build and deliver effective training material. Sound computer skills including all elements of the MS Office Suite. Flexible and adaptable with a proactive and innovative approach to the role Ability to work at pace and adapt quickly to changing needs Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
