Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
Who are we looking for?
The Lead Business Analyst / User Researcher works with a wide range of business stakeholders and change team members to define and oversee approaches to the identification of business problems and solutions, and to maintain the enterprise capability and process models, design principles, and standards.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
* Accountable for creating approaches to defining business problems and success criteria, and designing solutions to these problems.
* Accountable to ensuring BAs work with stakeholders to define problem statements and success criteria.
* Accountable for defining tools and techniques to deliver solutions to those problem statements that meet the success criteria.
* Accountable for communicating solution progress with ExCo and SLT stakeholders, including ensuring blockers are resolved, managing changes to the solution against the agreed success criteria.
* Accountable for the successful delivery and adoption of solutions, including evaluating solutions against the business strategy success criteria and identifying any remaining unmet needs.
* Accountable for supporting the team in planning for future Programme Increments, and with Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospectives - including taking part in regular stand-ups and other project team meetings.
* Accountable for representing stakeholders within the project team, and being a link between stakeholders and the project team throughout the project.
What you'll need
* Experienced Senior or Lead BA (ideally with consulting background).
* Strong experience with CX led business transformation ('lead to cash' beneficial).
* Solid knowledge and evidence of implementing best practice methodologies for problem solving.
* Very strong critical thinking skills with a practical approach to problem solving.
* Proven experience managing and mentoring/developing teams.
* BCS BA Diploma or related accreditations desirable.
* Experience working with Salesforce / digital platforms desirable.
