The role:
As Account Manager it will be your role to support the MD and Operations Director in being the go-to person for around 10 accounts, across a mix of sectors. The agency has some particular skills across sport, leisure, FMCG but also b2b, so variety really is the spice of life here.
You’ll lead client communications, manage projects and coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard. Campaigns are also varied, although predominately digitally focussed, so you’ll manage anything from Google Ads (not the implementation), social media marketing, email workflows and SEO. You’ll manage ad spend, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram to maximise ROI, as well as creating email marketing campaigns, and monitor SEO strategies. You’ll also be comfortable with preparing reports on campaign performance.
You’ll line manage a couple of Account Executives, mentoring them to be the best version of themselves as well.
