Here is a breakdown of each role: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Intern: Developing DE&I related communications with stakeholders. Working closely with employee networks for engaging content creation. Collaborating with recruitment marketing for external DE&I promotion and support marketing campaigns. Managing DE&I content on the internal Learning Channels and knowledge boards Analysing and recommending improvements for the effectiveness of all DE&I communications. The opportunity to lead on DE&I initiatives that positively impact employee experience across Siemens UK and Ireland. Learning and Development Intern: Curating learning content - Help us create and manage our internal learning materials on our internal channels, knowledge boards and SharePoint sites Developing engaging stakeholder communications that align to our people and learning strategy Organising and supporting events linked to our people strategy - specifically our skills for life agenda Supporting initiatives, workshops and tools related to our workforce transformation strategy Joint project activity with other Early Careers Professionals linked to our people strategy and Sustainability initiatives Total Rewards Intern: Contributing to the development, implementation and monitoring of the Siemens Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Hub Reward strategy and related activities, aiming to drive consistency, systems alignment and optimisation. Collaborating with global teams to gain deep insights into diverse reward strategies across EMEA countries. Preparing impactful content, data analyses and market reviews for key stakeholders on various compensation & benefits topics. Partnering with the Total Reward team on reward related projects, and in some instances lead activities, and engage with Executive Management, HR and Corporate Departments Create dynamic and engaging communications materials to effectively launch projects and initiatives. Working alongside Global HR teams to design and implement robust end-to-end reward processes that bring consistency across the EMEA Hub Develop an understanding of the employees needs and the business expectations, ensuring alignment with the rewards strategy What do I need to apply? Working towards a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant business-related subject. Passionate about making a difference, curious, analytical, and strong in managing projects and meeting deadlines. Creative thinker who challenges the status quo and contributes new ideas. Enthusiastic about people and numbers, capable of working independently on projects. Team player willing to take on various tasks, with the confidence to speak up, ask questions, and liaise with people at all levels within Siemens. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Loves to learn and be challenged, with the ability to work to deadlines. Willing to analyse large data sets and possesses good time management skills. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
