Your Role As a LeadDesign Engineer, youll take the lead on developing innovative, high-performance machinery, ensuring designs meet the highest standards of durability and efficiency. Youll be responsible for delivering projects on time and to a high standard while driving continuous improvement in our products. Key Responsibilities: Own the design process Lead projects from concept to full-scale production. Engineer precision Develop 3D models, technical drawings, and detailed engineering documentation. What You Need to Succeed Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). 5 years of experience in heavy engineering.
