This is a busy role where you will look after your clients' accounts, assisting and servicing your client or managing a number of small accounts with your excellent customer service skills. You will liaise with various end users from Senior Managers to Engineers and subcontractors.
Based in a friendly department, this role will suit someone organized, ideally with a background in Facilities Maintenance.
Duties:
* Reacting to facility issues or repair requests and raising jobs on the internal system.
* Monitoring inboxes.
* Coordinating Engineers' appointments.
* Problem solving and working through queries.
* Working on planned and reactive maintenance requests.
* Checking progress and updating clients.
* Producing purchase orders and closing calls.
* Preparing quotes.
We are looking for someone who has recently worked in a reactive maintenance role and is used to coordinating Engineers and Subcontractors. An understanding of permits of work and risk assessments is ideal but not essential.
