What You’ll Be Doing As a Service & UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in developing our Customer Experience and Service Design offerings, helping to establish us as a leading provider in these areas. You’ll work closely with design, client services, and project management leads to deliver innovative employee, customer, and user experiences. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership : Lead interaction and service design projects, including workshops, creative sessions, and defining design principles. User-Centered Design : Ensure all designs are informed by a deep understanding of the people we’re designing for. Practice Innovation : Evolve Service Design practices, integrating insights from internal and external expertise. Mentorship : Guide junior team members, offering constructive feedback and skill development. What You’ll Bring Service Design Expertise : Proven experience leading complex design projects with multiple designers. Tool Mastery : Proficient in Adobe CC, InVision, Sketch, Axure, and other design tools. Strategic Thinking : Ability to assess broad business issues, focusing on impactful design solutions.
