Finance SME Reconciliations Location: Swindon/London (Hybrid 2-3 days in office) Job Type: Contract (6 Months) Day Rate: Inside IR35 - Market Rates About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Finance Reconciliations SME or Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation programme for a major financial institution. This role is key to analysing, redesigning, and supporting the migration of reconciliation platforms. You will be working closely with both business and IT stakeholders, owning the end-to-end delivery of reconciliation processes and providing hands-on expertise throughout the project lifecycle. What You'll Be Doing: Analyse existing reconciliation processes and platforms (e.g. Accurate NXG) Define and document current state (As-Is) and future state (To-Be) workflows Design and support the migration of reconciliations to a new platform (e.g. AutoRek) Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery Lead issue resolution and reporting activities independently Support go-live activities including checks and validations Create UAT test cases and assist with user training as needed What You Bring: Strong domain experience in finance and reconciliations Hands-on experience with reconciliation platforms (AutoRek, Accurate NXG, or similar tools like TLM, IntelliMatch, Frontier, Blackline) Proven experience in platform migrations or reconciliation implementations Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall) Ability to work independently and drive initiatives Advantageous: Exposure to SQL, ETL processes, and database concepts Experience in supporting UAT and delivering user training ADZN1_UKTJ
