Are you an experienced and established HR professional with a passion for driving cultural transformation and strategic growth? We are recruiting for an ambitious Fintech business who are looking to recruit a stand-alone Head of HR as part of their commitment to creating a positive, inclusive and growth orientated workplace where their employees can exceed and excel.
What will the role involve?
1. Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement HR best practices.
2. Act as the expert to the leadership team providing insight and guidance on all HR related matters.
3. Provide coaching and feedback to key stakeholders.
4. Offer strategic guidance on people practices, including restructures, redundancies and succession/workforce planning.
5. Spearhead the end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
6. Write and implement bespoke HR functions, policies and procedures.
7. Serve as a primary contact for employee-related matters, handling conflicts, grievances and performance management.
8. Drive recruitment campaigns to attract top talent including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews and designing candidate attraction material.
9. Review, recommend and instil innovative benefits packages.
10. Identify training and development requirements and create effective L&D programmes.
11. Establish a robust payroll process ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
12. Lead the successful implementation of a HRIS and ATS system.
Who are we looking for?
1. Proven experience as Head of HR, Head of People, HR Director or similar essential.
2. CIPD Qualification or equivalent.
3. Strong command of HR functions, best practices and policies.
4. Superior communication skills and an elevated level of emotional intelligence.
5. IT confident with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
