Job Purpose:
The role of Account Manager - Telematics is important to us. You'll report into Ryan Graham - Head of Sales Telematics.
Your responsibilities day to day will be:
1. Building long-term relationships with our existing customer base and being a main point of contact for the length of their relationship with the company.
2. Achieving sales objectives through the development and maintenance of the customers and prospects entrusted to you.
3. Driving upsell campaigns to let customers take fuller advantage of Radius Telematics product/service catalogue while creating longer and stronger contractual relationships.
4. Tracking customer activity to identify churn risk and working proactively via targeted outreach campaigns to eliminate that risk.
5. Overseeing customer growth, training, and development of best practices to continually drive business value and return on the customer's investment.
6. Increasing customer retention and adoption rates by conducting regular check-in calls.
7. Serving as customer advocate, including collecting customer feedback on product needs and understanding customer and industry trends.
8. Collaborating with the sales team to reach prospective clients and promote new products and features.
