Salary: Circa £26,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) plus fantastic benefits.

Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Stores Operator to join our Nestle Waters team based at our state-of-the-art production facility in Buxton.

A day in the life of a Technical Stores Operator
In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and execution of spare parts management routines to ensure optimum inventory levels and cost of operation. Your key activities will include spare parts management, inventory control, and competence building within the technical store.
Responsibilities:
* Execute spare part management routines, including receiving, issuing, and storing spare parts to ensure availability
* Review spare parts reorder levels based on maintenance strategies to optimize inventory
* Analyze slow-moving parts to prevent obsolete stock
* Create and manage a competence building plan for technical store operators
* Build spare parts management competencies within the Engineering department
* Establish and execute inventory control processes, including cycle counting and user training
* Collaborate with the project team to define new spare parts and set reorder levels
* Utilize the AMM system (SAP PM module) for spare parts management
What will make you successful
* Experience of inventory control
* Knowledge of AMM system (SAP PM module)
* Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology preferred
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Familiarity with Asset Maintenance practices
* Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a continuous improvement mindset
