Peninsula has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work field-based, developing new business (B2B) from scratch, from your initial networking through to closing the deal.
We offer an incredible uncapped commission scheme, realistic Year 1 earnings of at least £100,000 (Basic salary £30,000 + £30,000 Top up + Commission) along with a fantastic benefits package including a company car (electric vehicle) or £5,000 car allowance.
As a Field-based Business Development Manager, you will be sourcing and visiting in-person potential new business, through various business development channels, selling Peninsula's consultancy services and helping SMEs discover an easier and safer way to manage their staff.

* Excellent Relationship building skills - the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with business owners is crucial for building long-term engagement.
