Property Manager
I am currently recruiting on behalf of my established client, based in Sale, for an experienced Property Manager to join their fantastic team on a full-time, permanent contract.
The successful applicant will be joining a highly respected, market leading agency specialising in sales, lettings and property management who values its staff and offers genuine progression and development opportunities.
The role will involve managing maintenance issues, tracking tenancy end dates, coordinating tenant moves, managing fees, ensuring compliance, conducting regular inspections, resolving tenant and property-related queries, and assisting with property viewings, all while demonstrating excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations.
About the role:
* Communicate effectively with contractors, Tenants and Landlords to effectively manage maintenance issues
* Track tenancy end dates, issue Section 21 notices, and set up tenancy renewals and new lets
* Ensure seamless coordination of tenant move-ins and move-outs
* Communicate tenancy renewals with relevant parties
* Manage fees
* Oversee compliance, ensuring all legal requirements such as gas safety, electrical certificates, and landlord licenses are up to date
* Conduct regular property inspections
* Resolve any tenant or property-related queries
* Conduct property viewings
Hours & Pay:
* Salary up to £28,000 - dependent on experience
* Monday to Friday
