Demand Management support plays a key role in overseeing client requests and managing the demand life cycle. This role involves coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely responses to client requests.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming client requests from receipt to submission, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
2. Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and issue management.
3. Maintain accurate data collection in the workflow tool to support reporting.
4. Provide coverage and support to other team members when needed.
5. Work with internal teams/stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Mandatory skills:
1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Excellent Stakeholder Management skills.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Awareness or experience of workflow tools such as Atlassian Jira.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Outlook and Teams.
