JOB TITLE: TA2 – Primary Phase (1:1) FTE/HOURS: 39 weeks per year, 32.5 hours per week PAY: Grade F, Points 7-10. Starting salary of £19,296.04 per annum, based on hours and working weeks. TERM: 12 months, fixed term in the first instance, reviewed annually START DATE: ASAP We are looking for an inspiring and dynamic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and friendly team. You will work with a young child in Year 3. The child you will be assisting, will require support with reintegration into fulltime schooling. They will need support during social times of the day and navigating round a busy school environment. In the classroom, the child will need support to access the curriculum – you will do this by working closely with the class teacher to adapt learning activities as needed. The child will need support in communicating with their peers, and with teaching staff, and will need assistance to improve independent functional motor skills.
