Job Description
The Executive Assistant/PA duties include:
3. Keep the CEO's email, calendar, and travel plans in check.
4. Company Secretary responsibility, supporting with meeting schedules, minute-taking, capturing actions and recording updates.
5. Preparing budgets and papers for Board and Finance meetings.
6. Managing and overseeing new company initiatives, acting in representative capacity.
7. Supporting recruitment processes, from advertising through to appointments.
8. Manage new starters and leavers, absence records, and HR files.
9. Organise events, meetings, staff socials, and training sessions.
10. Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
11. Supporting the team in ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
We need an Executive Assistant with proven experience in a PA or EA role, and some exposure to HR and Finance. Here are the essentials:
