As a Sales Supervisor based in Coventry (CV1 4DW), you’ll be responsible for: Supporting and leading your team of Sales Advisors / Contract Leads, inspiring them to focus on providing exemplary customer service Drive activity within the team to deliver all branch KPIs and targets Build excellent working relationships with our customers and wider Wolseley teams to ensure that business development opportunities are identified And here’s what we’d like you to have: Previous experience in a sales environment is essential Trade experience is desirable but not essential Excellent communication and customer service skills This is a full time permanent position 40 hours per week Monday – Friday between 7am – 5pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 12pm.
