The Opportunity:
Join Our Customer Support Centre as a Customer Support Representative/Spare Parts Interpreter:
This role at the Customer Support Centre offers a prime opportunity to contribute significantly to our internal and external customers' needs. You will be the key point of contact for queries related to parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders, and deliveries. In addition, your responsibilities encompass:
Delivering precise and timely parts interpretation by analysing parts manuals and other resources to ensure accurate parts supply
Providing customers with reliable estimates of lead time and costs, harnessing Komatsu's inventory, and parts pricing systems
Championing our company and its products by maintaining a positive outlook, adhering to quality assurance procedures, promptly identifying issues, and proposing effective solutions
Proactively engaging with customers to enhance sales, while offering tailored solutions that demonstrate your commitment to exceptional service
Elevating the customer experience by delivering outstanding service that leaves a positive impact
