Role Description The Team Lead supports the Logistics Lead in managing day-to-day operations within the warehousing areas, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and correct first time. This can include providing ad-hoc coverage for the Logistics Lead when the shift requires support. This role involves safely executing Logistics plans, allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members, and monitoring resource usage. Responsible for conducting regular Audits, inspections and quality checks to ensure all tasks meet the required specified standards, enforcing compliance to warehouse management systems and all safety protocols, addressing any issues or conflicts within the team. Responsibility of all Warehousing SAP processes and ensuring all stock is correct. Maintaining Health, safety, environmental and quality standards Developing Logistics Operators in all aspects of the process Driving the achievement of leading KPIs of the Logistics Department Achievement of HOKE targets with the highest possible level Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution site, with a strong understanding of Logistics and LEAN principles Highly organized and effective communication skills Strong skills in managing and motivating a team, with experience in coaching and developing team members Strong understanding and knowledge of SAP Team Management experience.
