The Role Summary
Our client is looking for a temporary Customer Service Agent to join the team and provide support across the range of services, duties to include being a first point of contact responding to enquires from customers, data input, processing and document management
Your key duties within the role will include:
Provide back-office and administrative support for repair requests.
Process and schedule repairs, ensuring accurate job prioritization and contractor liaison.
Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Maintain and update customer records, ensuring compliance with policies and GDPR.
Monitor and resolve work-in-progress repairs, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Support invoicing, customer feedback collection, and reporting.Requirements
Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
Administrative experience, ideally within housing repairs or maintenance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
