Our client is recruiting for Senior Sales Negotiators based in Harrogate, Ripon and Wetherby. You will be client-facing, responsible for promoting the Company, providing high standards of customer service to vendors and subsequently selling a property to an applicant whilst building relationships throughout the sales process. As a Senior Sales member you are expected to lead by example and provide ongoing support and training to new colleagues. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays and a day off in lieu mid-week for the Saturday worked. Experience working for an Estate Agency is essential.
In return our client is offering a salary of between £26,000-£30,000p/a depending on experience. There will also be a performance related bonus. You must have your own transport.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Register applicants and their exact property requirements
- Advise and match buyers requirements to available property.
- Respond to all applicant queries via the telephone and email promptly. The Company has a preference to telephone/personal contact as opposed to email whilst ensuring all details are recorded
- Organise appointment diaries.
- Arrange viewings and accompany applicants to vendors’ properties as required.
- Ensure prompt and adequate feedback is obtained.
- Complete mailing lists effectively to generate viewings.
Vendor Management
- Arrange valuation appointments and co-ordinate diaries accordingly.
- Organising any related paperwork
- Confirm viewing appointments with the vendors
