We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Lead to join our team in Redhill, Leeds or Welwyn. This role offers a challenging opportunity for a senior pensions administrator to take on advanced calculations and complex schemes, while mentoring and checking the work of junior colleagues.

The Role
* Lead a team of pensions administrators in servicing member and client queries related to DB and DC pension schemes.
* Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure service level agreements and performance standards are met.
* Deputise for the Team Leader in their absence.
* Provide technical guidance and support on non-standard cases and complex issues.
* Mentor and train junior colleagues, providing regular feedback and coaching.
* Assist with project work, including complaints handling, and identify areas for improvement in our client and member service.
* Ensure targets and deadlines are met, and continuously evaluate our service delivery to clients and members.
Requirements
* Proven experience in administering occupational pension schemes.
* Ability to coach and support less experienced colleagues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal abilities.
* Effective time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
