You will also work alongside other Band 5 Dietitians, Dietetic Support Workers, and Assistant Practitioners, to provide inpatient services across other areas, including General Medicine, Stroke, Gastroenterology, Care of the Elderly, and Cancer.
Within the acute setting, in addition to oral nutrition support, you will be able to develop clinical skills working with patients requiring enteral tube feeding and parenteral nutrition. Outpatient clinic work will include interventions for the management of those with reduced kidney function (General Nephrology) and those with urological conditions.
The successful candidate will be involved in these important aspects of supporting the learning and development of others.
