Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is recruiting a Fixed Term, full time (36.25 hours per week) HR Administrator, to be based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £24,440- £26,725 per annum.
If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the HR Team at CCHA. As our HR Administrator you will play a key role in the company’s expansion by supporting the recruiting process. You will have a varied and interesting role as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, maintaining our HR database, co-ordinating training and providing administrative support to the wider HR function.
You will have skills and experience that includes:
Providing a professional service within a busy department
Strong systems experience; HRIS, AMS, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Experience in dealing with confidential information
Confident to build and manage interpersonal relationships on every level
