Job Family grade BS9: £33,366 - £34,314 (pro rata: £28,571 – £29,383)
The Lakes School is seeking to employ a positive and hardworking individual to join our team in the permanent post of Headteacher’s PA.
The Headteacher’s PA will work with the Headteacher to provide confidential administrative, HR and payroll support alongside a broad remit of ensuring that the Headteacher is fully supported in all aspects of her work.
The successful candidate will have the experience to work independently. They will demonstrate integrity, excellent communication skills, emotional resilience and the ability to establish and maintain the highest professional standards in their work, and with colleagues and external agencies. Experience of working in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
