What we ask As our Resource Management Team Leader, your key responsibilities and tasks are: -Oversee day-to-day operation -Provide planning cover for absence -Oversees the automated scheduler to ensure customer service level agreements are met -Maximise the engineer utilisation to ensure efficiency of the workforce and escalate any concerns to Service Management -Managing the communications and relationship with key internal (Sales Teams) & external stakeholders (Customer) -Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture -Set clear team goals, monitor team performance and report on metrics -Drives continuous improvement to improve planning and master data -Help identify and drive improvements on delivery, cost, and reliability What we ask You will need As the Resource Management Team Leader, you will possess the following skills and expertise: -Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor -Customer Service background -In-depth knowledge of performance metrics -Excellent communication and supervisory skills -Organizational and time-management skills -High level of accuracy, superior attention to detail and a strong work ethic -Ability to work independently -Remains calm under pressure and able to prioritise tasks and activities effectively -Capacity to work in an environment focused on superior customer service and continuous business performance improvement. -High level of attention to detail and accuracy in written and verbal communication.
