Position: Field Maintenance Engineer
Location: Staverton
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits (Including Bonus Overtime/ Private Healthcare / Car etc…)

Our Client, an experienced forward-thinking manufacturer that offers an extensive array of services, specialising in designing, servicing, calibrating, providing spare parts, and maintaining blasting and surface finishing machinery. Their expertise covers shot peening, grit blasting, and ultra-high pressure water jets.
Due to sustained continued expansion, they require a Field Maintenance Engineer to be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support on-site systems to ensure their satisfactory operation.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical faults that occur on plant and/or equipment.
2. Assist with the maintenance programme for all plant and/or equipment (hydraulics, robots, ancillary machines automatic assembly).
3. Process / Equipment troubleshooting and failure analysis.
4. Ensure all items of plant and/or equipment are in good safe working order.
We anticipate that you will have:
1. City & Guilds (or equivalent) Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (or similar) or be a Time-Served Engineer with relevant experience.
2. Knowledge of PLCs and Control Systems.
3. Able to travel to customers' sites both in the UK & Europe.
You will be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills both written and oral, be computer literate, and able to work as part of a team.
The successful candidate will enjoy a good salary of between £40,000 to £55,000 (dependent upon experience) plus excellent prospects and an employment package that you would expect from a company that values its employees.
