Support Secretary to Maternity Risk Team

To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Maternity Risk Management Team, using a range of secretarial skills.
Base Location: Poole Maternity Hospital (Moving to Bournemouth in Spring 2025)

Main Duties of the Job
* Minute taking
* Organising meetings for the relevant teams
* Pulling data for reports
* Any other administrative skills needed within these teams
* Confidence in using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Proofreading reports for grammar
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretarial support using appropriate software packages and management systems within set timescales and to a high standard of accuracy and presentation.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Minimum 4 GCSEs including English or equivalent
Experience
* Experience of taking meeting minutes
* Experience of using a wide range of IT software packages
* NHS experience
Skills
* Ability to deal with multiple demands within short deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail
Other Requirements
* Ability to work in a busy environment where there are regular interruptions

Salary: £24,071 to £25,674 per annum, pro rata
