What's more, as part of our charity bringing history to life, you'll be supported and encouraged to share your ideas, inspire others and make a difference to the way England's rich past is experienced.

You will create and review reports to analyse and monitor sales performance by product and site, ensuring that sales are maximised, whilst stock is managed through the business effectively.
As our Merchandiser, you will:
1. Work closely with the Lead Merchandiser and Retail Buying team to plan, build and execute product ranges that feed into product strategies built up through analysis of past seasons and lessons learnt, and that achieve sales and margin KPIs
2. Create, analyse and distribute reports across the Retail function to support the overall objectives of the Commercial strategy and KPIs
3. Support the Lead Merchandiser in the management of an annual open to buy plan. Forecasting sales and stock by category, and trading to maximise sales and profit.
4. Reviewing processes for stock exit strategies and reducing stock holding to reach the optimum level required to meet sales targets while controlling margin.
5. Close working with our warehouse partner on all day-to-day activities/issues as they arise, working closely with the Suppliers, Warehouse and Site teams to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time nationally and the critical path is adhered to.
To be considered as a Merchandiser, you will need:
