Our client is seeking a customer service associate with excellent customer service skills, as well as experience in web page creation and data entry.
Working as part of a team, you will be the first point of contact for all customers, covering Chat, Email, and Telephone, providing Quotations and Order Processing. The successful candidate must be organized and have the initiative and drive to see things through to completion. You should possess a confident, professional telephone manner and attention to detail.
Must be computer literate with good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with Adobe Creative is desirable but not essential.
