Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the team day to day, allocating job roles
2. Ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks to meet the needs of those who live with us
3. Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and procedures
4. Medication administration
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
6. Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and provide appropriate solutions
7. Maintain accurate records
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a leadership role within the care sector
2. Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
