You will be the subject matter expert and be seen as a 'go to' person for senior stakeholders and colleagues across the business. As an individual contributor this remains a hands-on role from a delivery perspective. You will work closely with the Lead Product Manager to own, evolve, and drive the product vision & strategy, partnering with our stakeholders to set the future direction as part of the wider security and technology strategy. You will demonstrate proficiency in understanding future trends in security and be able to explain these to senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for Evolving and driving the product vision, strategy, and the long-term roadmap Proactively partnering with peers and senior stakeholders to set the future direction of the product as part of the wider business strategy Understanding key user personas, customers & stakeholders for the product and their pain points The performance and adoption of the product and work towards achieving the Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs) Prioritising work and decisively resolve trade-offs with peers and senior leaders You will need Strong product management experience To help set the vision and strategy for the product area, and develop and baseline product OKRs To be comfortable working in a greenfield and emerging environment Experience of working with software development teams An understanding of fundamental cyber security and software security concepts, and/or an interest in these areas Experience working with a data-informed approach and comfortable with large and diverse sets and sources of data Experience applying user focused principles to the products I work on, making sure I design a product that is intuitive and easy to interact with for the customer To appraise and analyse the results of customer research and use the results to influence product outcomes and strategic goals Know how diverse personas or customer groups perceive, understand, and experience my product in different ways Write hypothesis statements and work directly with managers and/or engineers to set up and execute experiments Know how large technology and security systems should interact with each other and track health metrics (uptime, SLOs, response time, etc)
