About The Role
Location: North Ayrshire
Contract Type: Sessional basis
Shift Patterns: Various, including overnight support

As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in making a positive difference in the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same, but your main goal will be to support individuals with learning disabilities to achieve their personal goals and outcomes.
Your support may include assistance with personal care, moving and handling, or positive behavioural support, as well as helping individuals expand their social networks and connections.
We create bespoke support teams around each individual, working collaboratively to ensure their safety, wellbeing, and aspirations are met.

Many of the people we support have diverse interests and hobbies, from sewing and baking to horse riding, swimming, or hill-walking. We welcome your interests and encourage you to share them with us!
You will support people in their own homes, with some roles involving personal care and others focusing on community access. Each individual will have a dedicated team providing consistent support tailored to their needs.
