Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher Location: Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time, Full-Time - Flexible Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £120 - £150 Per day - Experience dependant Job Duties: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students Adapt teaching methods to suit the varying needs of students Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Enhanced DBS check Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Recent primary teaching experience Understanding of the primary curriculum Flexible planning and preparation skills Strong behaviour management skills Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Effective classroom management skills Working Conditions: The role involves working in a classroom setting within a primary school. Flexibility in working hours may be required to cover for absent teachers. The position may involve occasional participation in extracurricular activities or school events.
