The Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to fill the role of Visiting Scheme Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our scheme at Reeve Court in Guildford.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Ensure the effective management of the scheme, including the coordination of resident activities and events.
* - Maintain accurate records and reports, including schemes' performance metrics.
* - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall experience of residents.
* - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
