Job Title: Site Supervisor
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Site Supervisor to join the team located in Heathrow.
The successful candidate is responsible for the coordination of FM & Technical Services to site to meet SLA requirements and key performance indicators.
Role Summary:
1. Primary focus on delivery of all FM Operations in accordance with KPI & Output measurements
2. Support / Monitor 3rd party maintenance supplier activities when required and report any corrective works arising
3. Comply with QHSE requirements as outlined within the SLA
4. Act as a part of site emergency team i.e. Fire Marshall, as required for emergency control activities
5. Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies in relevant books / documentation
6. Ensure all contractors, under sphere of control, operate within appropriate H&S processes and client HSE standards
7. Conduct monthly self-assessment SLA checks in support of quarterly contract performance requirements
8. Responsible for the image and visual standards of the site/s taking ownership of any issues or concerns
9. Provide flexible support to the FM Operation areas as appropriate including Mail / Goods Inwards / Reprographics / Records Retention
10. Check that printers and photocopiers are supplied with paper and change toner cartridges when required
11. Monitor and maintain stationery levels
12. Deliver goods received to correct destination / person
13. Co-ordinate site waste and recycling arrangements
14. Carry out statutory fire testing and associated checks
15. Raise Purchase Orders for goods or services as required
16. Approve invoices, goods received notes and statements for payment purposes
17. Take ownership and understand customer requirements and be able to demonstrate the ability to close out concerns, ensuring customer is kept appraised at all times
18. Act as deputy in the absence of line management
19. Provide and arrange cover for the operational team as defined by line management
20. Other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined
Experience Required:
1. Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry
2. Practical experience in working with supply partners to deliver a seamless, integrated service
3. Strong PC skills - MS Office
4. Self-motivated and resourceful
5. Good administrative skills
6. Well organised
7. Good prioritisation and planning skills
8. Ability to communicate at all levels
9. Service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking
