KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND TRAINING
Essential criteria
1. Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level
2. Membership of the relevant Professional Body
3. Evidence of wide range of clinical placements relevant to the role
4. Evidence of recent professional development in an up to date portfolio
Desirable criteria
5. Knowledge and understanding of Trust Strategy relevant to role
JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
6. Experience of community working
7. Demonstrable knowledge of assessment and therapeutic interventions relevant to role
8. Experience of developing programmes of care for an individual or groups of patients/clients
9. Able to demonstrate clinical reasoning skills to assimilate information in order to make a clinical judgement regarding diagnosis and intervention.
10. Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively
MANAGERIAL/SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
11. Experience of providing clinical supervision and mentoring to assistant staff
12. Experience of devising and delivering training
FINANCE/RESOURCES
Essential criteria
13. Able to effectively manage available resources in the pursuit of quality service provision ensuring a safe environment
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/RESOURCES
Essential criteria
14. Able to analyse data and produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
15. Experience of using electronic patient / service user record systems
PERSONAL QUALITIES/ATTRIBUTES

16. Evidence of demonstrating the Trust’s values and behaviours.
17. Able to overcome barriers to understanding where there are physical or mental disabilities.
