What You'll Be Doing:
1. Managing & growing an existing portfolio of customers
2. Hunting for new business, pitching to prospective clients
3. Building long-term relationships & delivering outstanding service
4. Tracking & reporting on sales performance
5. Learning about new products & keeping ahead of industry trends
6. Working Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday in 6 (on a rota basis)
Who We're Looking For:
1. Sales superstar - ideally with experience in fresh produce, fine foods, or the catering industry
2. A new business hunter with a knack for building lasting client relationships
3. A natural problem-solver with a proactive and positive attitude
4. Organised, driven, and self-motivated - you know how to make things happen
5. Willing to travel (approx. 25% of the time) and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
6. Must have at least 1 year of sales experience (B2B, contracts, or field sales preferred)
7. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
8. UK work authorisation required
9. Ability to commute/relocate to Pershore
