To provide a timely administrative service to the Single Point of Access, supporting to ensure that all referrals are tracked through to allocation and/or providing administrative support to the referral process. To be responsible for data input and maintaining database information, collating, maintaining, and providing data as required, operating new and existing IT systems and software. To assist the business manager in the development, testing and implementation of new processes and systems as required. Take and record telephone calls and messages accurately and respond to queries appropriately. To accurately type and distribute correspondence and other documents as required. Undertake filing, photocopying and general office duties. To safeguard and promote the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults in line with the Trust's values. Adhere to Trust policies, procedures and guidelines which are found on the Trusts website. Please Note: Candidates not currently employed by the Trust who attend an interview for non-qualified Band 1-5 posts are required to undertake numeracy and literacy assessments.
