Compensation and Benefits Lead

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global organisation
* Strong knowledge of compensation best practices and regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
