This is an exciting opportunity to recruit to a full-time post 1.0 WTE. The Trust will consider all applications including those wanting to work flexibly. The post is based at our Inpatient CAMHS site in Westbourne which provides a comprehensive and outstanding service for young people between the ages of 12 and 18. The 10 bedded inpatient General Adolescent Unit has a 1.0 WTE Consultant Psychiatrist and a 1.0 Consultant Nurse Approved Clinician. This post attracts an Enhanced Recruitment and Retention payment of £20,000 to be paid as two lump sums. The first £10,000 will be paid on appointment in the role and the remaining £10,000 will be made on the anniversary of the start date. Both payments will be subject to deductions at source, plus a further relocation package of up to £10,000 if relocating to Dorset. In addition, we offer a commitment to flexible working, career development opportunities and our excellent NHS benefits.
The post also attracts 10 days per year of study leave and an annual study leave budget of up to £1000.
