What You Need To Succeed
* Minimum of three years’ experience in structural engineering, with a strong portfolio in residential, education, commercial, or industrial sectors.
* Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, such as Tekla, Robot or MasterSeries.
* Solid understanding of UK building codes, standards, and regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues.
* Experience managing projects through all design stages, from concept to delivery.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* A proactive approach to professional development, including a desire to pursue Chartered status.
* MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
