Location: Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry (flexible working available – office based at least 3 days per week)
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week / Monday-Friday

About the role:
Support administration of HR Administration / Shared Services activities to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with HR Shared Services process guidelines, quality standards and timelines.
Reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager, your main duties will include:
1. Support administration of assigned HR service-related activities with guidance from others.
2. Maintaining the HR systems with accurate and up-to-date employee information, ensuring confidential information is stored in compliance with GDPR legislation.
3. Understand and follow set standards and timelines for service delivery.
4. Check for any issues/ errors during service delivery and highlight to Supervisor for action and rectification.
5. Maintain required data for HR service delivery e.g. enter employee data into computerized systems.
6. Scope of HR Administration/Shared Services includes HR Services, Administration and Non-HR Services.
7. Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization adhering to narrowly defined procedures, standards, and guidelines.
8. Support and interact with senior colleagues of own and other teams.
9. Communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
10. Address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships.
11. Support Recruitment processes.
12. Support administration of assigned Reward and benefit related activities with guidance from others.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Experience working in a fast-paced administrative role, ideally within an HR environment.
2. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including mail merges, Excel (lookups & formulas) and Outlook.
3. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve aspects of people issues in a timely manner and meeting agreed SLAs.
