We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join our Wheelchair Service Administration team. This is a varied and interesting role and you will be working in our new, bespoke Wheelchair Centre.
Candidates should be educated to GCSE's grades A-C, have excellent keyboard and word processing skills, excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work under pressure.
As we support a large geographical area we are a very busy team but with this comes a lot of job satisfaction.

• To provide comprehensive, administrative, IT and clerical support for all staff within the Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Wheelchair Service.
• To work flexibly within a team, providing support to colleagues and the multidisciplinary team and provide cover for other administrative and clerical staff when required, on a shared basis.
• To present a user-friendly and accessible service for the public.
• To deal with reception & telephone enquiries effectively and efficiently.
