Department: Litigation Location: Gidea Park The vacancy arises with the retirement of a senior litigation secretary after 22 years with this firm. You will be one of three secretaries in our busy litigation department. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a small, friendly firm that values work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: · Audio typing · Ensuring all files are organised · Preparing draft court documents for review and approval · Taking telephone calls · Preparing court and counsel bundles / delivery and filing · Managing a key dates diary Personal Specification: · Strong attention to detail and accuracy · Excellent organisational skills · Ability to communicate effectively with clients · Legal experience, particularly in litigation, is advantageous but not essential. · Training (by shadowing an experienced litigation secretary) is available.
